Questions - Embed images in question contents

I would be great to include images in the question - e.g. we would like to integrate circuit diagrams as part of the question. This image should be displayed next to the text and be visible together with the text. Furthermore, it would be interesting to have different small images as answer options, so that the students can pick the correct one by clicking on it.
